Cabinet & Installation Warranty Policy
At Tramco Kitchen and Bath and FastTrack Cabinets, we stand behind everything we sell. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coverage
We guarantee that every part of every cabinet will remain in good aesthetic and functional condition for five (5) years from the purchase date under normal use.
If a cabinet component becomes damaged or defective within this period, please provide:
- A photo or video of the issue
- A copy of the original sales order
Based on the extent of the damage, we will either send a replacement part or a new cabinet if the product is still available on the market. If the product has been discontinued by our suppliers, we will provide a close substitute or refund the cost of the product.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Improper Assembly: Cabinets must be assembled according to the standards shown in our official assembly videos.
- Improper Installation: Cabinets that fall due to incorrect installation are not covered unless installed by us.
- Natural Wood Variations & Movement:
- Wood naturally expands and contracts with humidity changes, which may result in doors twisting, warping, or developing minor gaps.
- Twisting or warping less than 1/8″ is not considered a defect.
- Small hairline cracks at cabinet door joints caused by wood movement are also not covered.
- Moisture Damage: No finish can withstand prolonged exposure to moisture.
- Flaking paint due to wet towels being draped over doors, or direct water exposure may be deemed neglect and will not be covered.
- Labor: If cabinets were not assembled or installed by our team, the costs associated with removing and reinstalling cabinetry.
Our Commitment
If we assembled and installed your cabinets, we will honor our warranty 100%. However, if you have an issue, please send us pictures and ask anyway—we will always do our best to help!
