Assembly & Shipping Disclosure:

Assembly Policy: All orders from FastTrack Cabinets are sold as Flat Packed and will require assembly prior to installation. Assembly is not included unless specified on your order as a line item for each individual item. For assistance with assembly, please visit our library of assembly videos at https://www.youtube.com/@FastTrackCabinets/videos. If your order does not include assembling charges, please note that it will arrive unassembled.


How to Receive Shipment:

  • A responsible party must be present to inspect, inventory, and sign off on the delivery.
  • It is crucial to match the number of pallets delivered with the number listed on the driver’s delivery receipt. Discrepancies must be noted on the receipt.
  • Inspect the packaging condition carefully. Any visible damages should be noted on the delivery receipt and documented with photos. Note potential concealed damages if the packaging shows signs of distress.
  • Accept the delivery even if there are damaged items. Document the damage and do not reject the shipment. File a claim for any damages by sending an email to [email protected]
  • Note that blemishes or non-structural damages do not qualify for a full cabinet replacement. FastTrack Cabinets reserves the right to provide suitable replacement parts or products.
  • Freight claims for obvious damage or shortage are only valid if indicated on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
  • Freight damage claims must be filed within 5 business days via phone at (509) 255-3904 or email at [email protected].
  • Required details for filing a claim include:

  • Order number
  • Buyer’s name
  • Shipping address for replacements
  • A brief description of the damage or shortage, including item numbers and/or parts
  • Pictures of the damaged packaging and product are necessary for a full replacement consideration.
  • Our team will review damage claims within 48 business hours of receipt. Replacement items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of claim approval.
  • Expedited shipping is not available for replacements or parts.
  • All damages must be documented and reported upon opening the boxes. Missing items must be reported within two weeks from delivery; concealed damages, within one month.
  • Items that have been assembled and installed cannot be claimed as damaged.
  • FastTrack Cabinets is not responsible for any labor costs incurred during the installation of products, including those damaged in transit.


Return Policy:

  • Returns must be authorized by FastTrack Cabinets. Email [email protected] for authorization.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase in their original, unopened packaging. Assembled cabinets are not eligible for return.
  • No returns on discontinued styles.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all qualifying returns.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering all costs of return shipments.
  • Any returned product deemed unsellable will not receive credit.
