At Tramco Kitchen and Bath and FastTrack Cabinets, we stand behind everything we sell. We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Coverage
We guarantee that every part of every cabinet will remain in good aesthetic and functional condition for five (5) years from the purchase date under normal use.
If a cabinet component becomes damaged or defective within this period, please provide:
- A photo or video of the issue
- A copy of the original sales order
Based on the extent of the damage, we will either send a replacement part or a new cabinet if the product is still available on the market. If the product has been discontinued by our suppliers, we will provide a close substitute or refund the cost of the product.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Improper Assembly: Cabinets must be assembled according to the standards shown in our official assembly videos.
- Improper Installation: Cabinets that fall due to incorrect installation are not covered unless installed by us.
- Natural Wood Variations & Movement:
